英文面試問題回答建議4. 你有沒有任何問題？ Do you have any questions for us?

10次面試9次會以「你有沒有任何問題」做為結尾問題，不論你之前的回答表現如何，這將是你最後一次機會留下好印象。

 我們不建議回答「我沒有問題」，因為這可能會造成對方錯認你對職位的渴望不足，且和其他提出問題的應徵者相比，容易相形見絀，所以我們基本建議要提問。以下提供了幾個提問的方向，效果各有不同。 

工作內容 

提問該職位的工作內容，留下有責任感的印象。 

  • 這職位每天的工作內容為何？What does a typical day look like for this position?
  • 你可否給我一個例子，說明我會做什麼工作？Can you show me examples of projects I will be working on?
  • 這個職位會面臨的最大挑戰是什麼？What are the biggest challenges that someone in this position would face?


職涯展望 

提問職涯問題，營造有企圖心的印象。


  • 這個職缺未來有什麼發展機會？ Are there opportunities for advancement or professional development?


工作表現 

提問工作預期表現，留下自己做事情有策略性，並非漫無目的，並能因此更了解該職位的評量重點。


  • 公司對這個職位未來一年有什麼預期表現？ What are the performance expectations of this position over the first year?
  • 公司會用什麼方式來評估、檢討我的表現？ What metrics or goals will my performance be evaluated against?


公司 

提問公司展望，創造自己願意和公司同進退的印象。 


  • 你覺得未來幾年，公司會有哪些改變？ Where do you see the company in the next few years?
  • 公司目前的首要目標有哪些？團隊會如何合作達到這些目標？ What are the current goals that the company is focused on? And how does the team work to achieve the goals?
  • 你對公司未來最期待的部份是什麼？ What gets you most excited about the company's future?


團隊 

關心自己的團隊，知己知彼，百戰百勝。


  • 你可否告訴我我所屬的團隊大概是什麼樣子？ Can you tell me about the team I will be working with?


未雨綢繆 

最好的提問，不外乎以對方的角度為出發點，營造出你注意細節、服務細心的印象。


  • 關於我對於這個職缺的適任性，請問你還有沒有任何疑問？ Is there anything else that concerns you about me being a fit for this position? 
  • 請問還有沒有其他我可以補充或提供的資訊，以協助您評估？Is there anything else I can provide you with that might be helpful?
  • 請問還有沒有任何問題是我可以協助回答的？ Can I answer any final questions for you?
  • 我事前查找了資料，並且通過今天的面試，更了解這個職位與公司，請問您還有沒有什麼想補充的？I've read about this position and the company, and after this interview, I've also gained more ideas, but is there anything else that you would like to add? 


 最後，提醒一點，問題雖應提，但不宜過多，建議可以抓三個問題左右，而當面試官注意力開始不集中，出現看手錶、回答長度減少等現象時，應見好收尾，表達謝意。
